MyZipCode is a hyper-local discovery platform that helps users find local businesses, events, deals, and services by ZIP code. We also provide a ZIP code lookup tool that uses your device's GPS to identify your current ZIP code.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business listings
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Business Listings

By submitting a business listing, you represent that you have the right to list that business and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or violate these Terms. Featured listings require payment and are subject to our listing guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyZipCode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements from third-party networks including Google AdSense. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. BUSINESS LISTING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ITS ACCURACY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYZIPCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Payments and Refunds

Featured listings and sponsored placements are paid services. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have a billing issue.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
